The Meowdow Pod – Pop-Up Mesh Cat Playpen
$34.99
A pop-up, fully enclosed mesh pod that gives indoor cats a calm, breezy spot outdoors — or a cosy den indoors.
Why we made it
Indoor life is safe. It can also be a little samey.
Many owners keep cats indoors to protect them from traffic, predators and getting lost. But anyone who has watched a cat glued to the window knows how curious they are about the world outside.
The Pod is a simple way to share a little of that world with them — together, on your terms.
- Same four wallsLimited new sights, sounds and smells from day to day.
- Outdoors feels riskyRoaming free isn't an option for many indoor cats.
- A safe window to the outdoorsFresh air and new scents inside a fully enclosed mesh pod.
- Time togetherDesigned for supervised use — your garden, your patio, your pace.

Contact usThe Pod is sized for one adult cat to sit, turn around and lie down. Compare the dimensions in the specifications with your cat before ordering — if your cat is very large, or you want two cats inside together, contact us first and we'll help you decide.
The Pod is a fully enclosed mesh space with a zippered door, designed for supervised use. Always stay with your cat, set it up on flat ground in the shade, and bring it inside in hot, cold or wet weather. It is round, so an energetic cat can make it roll — keep it on level ground away from steps, pools and roads.
The Pod is enclosed on every side, including the floor, and closes with a zipper. Like any fabric mesh, it can be damaged by persistent scratching or chewing, so check the mesh and zipper before every use and never leave your cat unattended.
Yes — on a lawn, patio or balcony, or indoors as a cosy den. The mesh is not waterproof, so keep it out of the rain and let it dry fully before folding.
Release the strap and the frame pops open in seconds — no tools. To store it, twist-fold the frame into a flat disc and secure it with the strap. Folding takes a couple of tries the first time; keep a firm grip because the spring frame opens with some force.
Brush off loose hair, spot-clean with mild soap and lukewarm water, and air-dry completely before folding. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Ready when they are
Give your cat a front-row seat to the outdoors.
Breathable, enclosed and ready in seconds. Spend the next sunny afternoon outside — together.
